Tomme de Savoie
Produced in Savoy in the French Alps near the Swiss border. Small cheeses made in small farms
are called tommes or tomes. Made from unpasteurized (raw) cow´s milk.
Of rustic aspect, it is a cheese with a beige interior and a thick eatable mottled brownish-grey
rind.
