Neufchatel
Originary from the city of Neufchâtel-en-Bray region of Normandy; dates from the VI century
(Kingdom of the Franks) and it is the oldest cheese from the region.
Made from unpasteurized (raw) cow´s milk. Is a soft, slightly crumbly, mold-ripened, bloomy
rind cheese, with a soft and creamy paste and delicate flavor with salty notes.
