Gruyère
Crafted since the XII century in Friburg, Switzerland.
Made from unpasteurized (raw) cow´s milk of the Swiss Braunvieh or Pardo Alpine breeds. Farmers feed their cows a natural sustainable diet of pasture grass in the summer and hay in the Winter.
Known for its soft flexible texture, as well as its sweet flavor with notes of nuts. It has a
distinctive aroma, with hints of fruits and herbs.
