Cheese from the region of Normandie. The Camembert Royal Faucon is made from pasteurized
cow´s milk, fabulous creamy texture which turns a little sticky as it matures.
It is known as the most famous French cheese, with a fine and soft texture, flexible and
creamy. It is one of the symbols of French gastronomic heritage and sometimes called
“Emperor of cheeses”.
