Soft ripened Blue Cheese from the region of Baviera (Allgäu), made from pasteurized cow´s
milk, with penicillium, enzymes, and lactide cultivars.
In its artisan preparation extra cream is added, which gives it a triple cream consistency. Gray, bloomy and edible exterior, creamy yellow-white soft interior with delicate veins of blue mold.
Its texture melts in your mouth. It is aromatic with a deep, sweet flavour.
